SHIPPING POLICY

HBT Collectables is a small business and has one staff member to pack all online and in-store purchases. HBT Collectables is open Thursday-Sunday, with orders being packed on Thursday and Friday. If you order an IN STOCK item, after 5pm on a Friday, your order will be packed and sent the following Thursday. We request your patience being a small business. 

HBT Collectables uses Australia Post for all orders. Domestic delivery times can vary from 3 to 10 business days for regular post. We ask our customers to allow approximately 5-10 business days from the fulfilment date for their package to arrive. International order delivery dates vary. Please see below for more details.

DOMESTIC (AUSTRALIAN) DELIVERY 

HBT Collectables ships out orders on Thursday and Friday unless the order contains preorder items. If your order contains pre-order items, all items will be held until the final product is in stock. The delivery times can vary from 3 to 10 business days, but you should allow approximately 10 business days from the fulfilment date (you will receive an email) in most cases. HBT Collectables currently offers different Domestic shipping options which can be viewed at checkout:

• Small - Extra Large Package Shipping (With Tracking)
• Bulky Item (With Tracking)
• Small - Large Package Express Shipping (With Tracking)
• Small - Extra Large Package & Signature Shipping (Tracking & Signature on Delivery)

HBT Collectables is not responsible for any postal service leaving parcels at your address. If you wish to ensure your parcel is not left, unless the address is attended, please select the Package & Signature Shipping option at checkout.

ALL ORDERS over $500 will require a signature upon delivery.

LOCAL PICK-UP

If you are local to the Geelong area or are willing to travel, we offer a pick-up option. We will hold your order for up to 10 weekdays after fulfilment date. If you have not collected your order within that time, we will refund the order with a 20% restocking fee. All pick-up orders can be collected during Store Opening Times at:

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We deliver products internationally to select countries. If we service your country, shipping options will appear at checkout.

BUILD A BOX (DELAYED SHIPPING OPTION) - LIVE STREAMS/RIP N' SHIPS

At checkout you pay use code 'RIP' to have all your ordered collated before receiving a shipping invoice. Orders will be held for a maximum of 4 weeks from last order or until we receive instruction that you wish to have your order shipped (via contact form). Once shipping request has been received HBT Collectables will pack your order/s into a shipping box, calculate the total cost of shipping based on size of box required and total weight. For orders that exceed the original shipping cost a custom shipping item link in our store will be created, for the customer to use to pay the shipping bill before items will be shipped. 

In the event that you do not pay your shipping fee after one month, you will be given a final warning and your order will be updated with a storage fee per month that it is stored at HBT Collectables (maximum 6 months), which the final charges will need to be paid along with shipping. HBT Collectables reserves the right to repurpose any unclaimed don't ship orders after the 6 month holding period expires.
